Eligibility
Blueprints Financial Coaching is a free program that works with individuals and families who are seeking greater financial stability, even if buying a home does not feel possible right now.
Eligibility criteria for Blueprints Financial Coaching Program are as follows:
• Participants must earn 120% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) and have a credit score below 640.
• Blueprints participants commit to regular financial coaching as well as progress towards financial goals.
• Participants commit to the completion of homebuyer education classes.
Area Median Income (AMI) represents the middle point of income distribution in a defined area. See charts below to see if you fall below our 120% AMI guideline.

• Monthly participant meetings with a dedicated financial coach for up to 24 months, focused on saving, credit improvement, and long-term success

Upon program completion, participants may be eligible for down payment assistance of up to $15,000 and a home repair loan for up to 2 years post purchase (2% interest rate applies, up to $15,000).
